Start by getting your torso more horizontal to the floor than normal and try to raise your arms up a bit higher than a normal cable raise. Try out these delicious bars for breakfast. Anytime Berry baked oat bars ✅2 eggs ✅1 tsp. vanilla extract ✅⅓ cup vanilla flavor whey or rice protein powder (or replace with 1 Tbsp. sweetener of your choice) ✅a pinch of sea salt ✅a pinch of baking powder ✅3.25 fl oz. unsweetened almond milk (or use milk of your choice) ✅1 heaping tsp. ground cinnamon ✅⅓ cup fresh strawberries, mashed ✅2 ⅔ cups oats (use gluten free if preferred) ✅½ cup fresh blueberries ✅1 small apple, peeled, cored and finely sliced Makes 9 bars Per bar: 148 calories 4g fat 20g carbs 8g protein Preheat oven to 150˚C/300˚F. Line the base of a 6x6 inch baking pan with baking paper. Crack the eggs into a large bowl. Add the protein powder / sweetener, vanilla extract, cinnamon, sea salt, baking powder, milk, mashed strawberries and oats and stir well. Stir in the blueberries. Distribute the apple slices evenly around the base of the baking pan. Pour the oat mixture into the pan and press down firmly to compact the mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the mixture is firm. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Cut into 9 bars.
