I get asked about steroids. I get told about great genetics. Both statements use to bother me until I silenced the noise by remembering my “why” for fitness training. When my mom was diagnosed with cancer I remember taking her to chemotherapy. While at chemotherapy I witnessed my mom go through so much pain. I felt helpless knowing that it was nothing that I could do to ease her pain. From that moment on I committed to afflicting pain on myself through fitness training to help cope with the pain my mom felt fighting cancer. Til this day it’s the only thing that keeps me pushing and embracing the pain that forces me to go all out when training. Low resistance & high reps will help me to improve on not only muscular endurance but muscular strength! _ 1️⃣ RDL’s 10reps x4 Sets 2️⃣Squats 35kg 10reps x10 Sets (1st, 5th & 10th set) 3️⃣lunges 20kg 5 each leg x4 Sets 4️⃣leg press 45kg 15reps x4 with a dropset to failure 5️⃣leg extension 15reps x4 Sets 6️⃣battle ropes; throwing my arms all over the gaff don’t mind me I was shattered towards the end 🌪 _ Millies miracle tips: ⭐️ RDL: Keeping your back straight, bend at your waist and sit your hips back to lower the bar. ⭐️ Squats: Push Your Knees Out. NEVER allow your knees to buckle in on the way up. You have to keep your knees out at all times! _ Fun Fact: As repetitions increase, so does fat utilization, which is beneficial in losing body fat and improving muscle tone. ⬅️ this is perfect for me!!! & yes I googled this! 😂 Don’t forget to save for 💡 when in the gym! 😁
