Here’s a push day (shoulder, chest and triceps) I did a few days ago but never posted! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ currently trying to make myself go to the gym but not sure if I’ll make it tonight 🤷🏻‍♀️ it happens. Anyways! Enjoy this workout, because I know I did 😏 and, as always... let me know if you try it out! - Superset: 1a. Rope triceps push downs 4x12 1b. Plate Overhead press 4x12 Triset: 2a. Plate pushes 4x10 2b. Plate front raises 4x10 2c. Burpees 4x10 Superset: 3a. Cable chest flys 4x15 3b. Dumbbell side laterals 4x15 Regular set (I know, crazy right?!): 4. Bench press 3x12 Burnout(ish thing): 5. Just watch the video! I did tricep extensions with dumbbells, and I did 7 overhand grip, 7 underhand grip, and 7 regular.
