J'espère que ce mois de ramadan vous a permis de vous détoxifier et de repartir sur de bonnes bases 💪 ! Personnellement, je ne fais encore que 2 repas 🍴 par jour par manque d'appétit 🚫, mais ça va mieux de jour en jour 👌 . . Sinon, pour une assiette fond de frigo, il vous faudra : . ⤴️du riz brun cuit froid et assaisonné d'huile d'olive, citron 🍋 et sésame 🌰 ⤴️crudités que vous avez : laitue 🌱 tomate 🍅 (OMG le bonheur de manger une tomate en été 😍🤤), carotte 🥕, poivron 🌶️, cornichon 🥒, etc etc... ⤴️ protein, ici thon nature 🐟 assaisonné de persil 🌱et citron 🍋 ⤴️graines de chia, pavot, sésame, tournesol.. 🌰 ⤴️vinaigrette : moutarde, huile d'olive, jus de citron, herbes de Provence 🤤 . .
