Sometimes it feels like your life is out of control. You're being pulled in a million directions and it feels like there is no way out. Everyone needs your attention. You feel like everything is so out of control that there is nothing you can control. It happens to all of us. We get in funks that we don't feel that we can get out of. We can't see the light at the end of the tunnel. Almost as if we're drowning in life. It's hard sometimes to not let the world get the best of you. Want to get control of something? Start with you. Start with something you can control. Start working out and controlling what you put in your body. You may be amazed by what else falls in place or the control you are able to regain. It's something I struggle with time to time too, but I'm taking control. Make it a great day. P. S. This belt by @element26_athletic_gear is still my absolute favorite! Doesn't budge at all during any of my workouts.
