I stretch them after every workout in multiple ways, as well as foam rolling, but it only helps so much. Do any of you guys have any advice/tips/tricks for me to try? 🌟TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY🌟READ ⬇️ . Basically just over 5 years between these pics. 5 years ago I thought running and cardio would get me the results I wanted. I trained for a half marathon, I did a mud run, and ran several 5ks and 10ks. I wasn’t doing ANY strength training! Honestly, it was intimidating and hard work. I would do 10 lunges or squats and about fall over bc it was just so hard. . Fast forward to today and I am so obsessed with strength training, lifting weights and getting stronger, that I have to remind myself to make sure I get a run in every now and then. What do I enjoy doing? How about 5 consecutive minutes of walking lunges, or 200 variations of squats at lunch to burn it out! 🔥🔥🔥 . This is proof that building lean muscle works! If you aren’t strength training now, what are you waiting for? I’m not going to lie or sugar coat anything...the first 3 times I went to bootcamp (which is how I got started) I puked! I swore to myself I would never do that again and would never get back to that point. Well, about a year after I started bootcamp, I got pregnant and did not exercise though my pregnancy. I basically had to start over in June 2017....and I was determined this time to get in the absolute best shape of my life—I can tell you that has happened! The body will not go where the mind doesn’t tell it. I have more goals though, so I’m not stopping here. . I encourage you to find what works for you, but do not discredit the power of building muscle—no matter your size, your age, or your current fitness level! 💪🏻👊🏼💣🔥🍑💗☠️🌟🔥💣🙌🏼😄🦄. Be a SHOT CALLER

It’s grocery Tuesday! I picked up some good stuff for this week. I’m especially excited to try @siggisdairy yogurt and @rxbar in the mornings for my early bar shifts. I love the food at my job, but it tends to be pretty be pretty bad for me unfortunately👎🏼 I’m about to go for a 3.5 mile run to end this pretty day.
