Every shoulder day starts with 5 sets of 5 reps.. trying to build some strength! I started this back in April and was able to do 3 sets at 55lb and 2 sets at 60lb. In May, I really struggled getting to 5 reps of 70lbs. Today I put up 4 sets at 70 and finished with a full set at 75.
