Easy 315lb double to round out deload week. Resting for the next two or three days before I start finding openers. I’ve had trouble keeping weight on, so zero cardio and tons of food for the next four weeks leading up to meet day. This is hard for me because I like cardio and a good balance of calories but that needs to go out the window.
