So school holidays are up ( #6weeksletsgo💪🏾,) and the chance of hitting a gym for me quite frankly is a myth 🙌🏾. . . I really enjoy home workouts, why? 1. You can have medical cream on your face and give 2 hoots about it 😅 (apologies guys helps my eczema🤷🏾‍♀️) 2. You can go to any excercise you want at anytime, so far as your still moving, it also encourages discipline. 3. The kids can sleep whilst you work out (mines where still in bed. A.M work out) 4. You can roll about your floor doing glute excercises, again without a care in the world 😏) . . . . . #TransformationTuesday 2015: 🏋️‍♂️ 187 pounds. On my second round of steroids in attempt to hide my deflating self-esteem behind a nice ass (which worked surprisingly well for some time 😂) I was over working my body to the point where I couldn’t even enjoy dinner or a concert without being in a substantial amount of pain. • • • 🧠 Existential depression, hopelessness, and crippling anxiety was an inescapable norm. 🤯• • • 2017: 💡 165 pounds. I no longer worry about shrinking muscles the moment I feel hungry, or seek substances outside of myself for validation. I can eat dinner, be active, go to a concert, and give massages PAIN FREE.🙌• • • • 🧠 Depressive episodes are at a all time low. Sleeping is a breeze. Self-Esteem is on the rise, and contentment/happiness doesn’t seem so foreign anymore. ❤️ When it comes to fitness, I have learned MOBILITY and STABILITY are the goals. Great Tips! I have attacks every now & then so I understand! I remember watching a young lady speak on her panic attacks on YouTube she had to tell herself over & over your not gonna die and over time her attacks were manageable. If you think about I haven’t heard of anyone dying from a panic attack.
